Responsibilities:

• End-to-end content creation, including copy and visual direction
• Executing content calendars in collaboration with the design team
• Collaborating with content creators & editors to develop video concepts and ideas
• Social Media Strategy for Scaling Platforms
• Delivering results on key performance metrics
• Monthly Reporting of growth and numbers achieved ORM on social media
• Contributing to lead generation through content

Requirements

• Researching and understanding the target audience to create relevant and appealing content
• Collaborating with content creators & editors to develop video concepts and ideas
• Writing clear and concise scripts that align with the channel's theme and goals
• Incorporating humor, storytelling, or educational elements to engage viewers
• Ensuring that scripts have a logical flow and maintain the desired tone
• Adapting scripts based on feedback from the content creator and team members
• Staying up-to-date with trends and changes in YouTube content to keep the scripts fresh and relevant
