Role Overview:

As a Creative Copywriter at apna.co, you will be instrumental in crafting engaging and innovative content & copy that reflects our brand's personality and mission. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you will generate ideas and produce copy that captivates our audience and drives engagement across various platforms, including social media, digital ads, website, app, whatsapp, and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop compelling copy & vidoe scripts for a variety of formats, including digital ads, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials for both B2C and B2B audiences.

- Brand Voice & Tone: Assist in maintaining the consistency of apna.co’s brand voice across all communications, ensuring alignment with our values and mission.

- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that enhance user engagement, acquisition, and retention.

- Storytelling & Messaging: Transform ideas into engaging narratives that highlight apna.co’s products, services, and community impact.

- Research & Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to guide copy strategies and content development.

- Editing & Proofreading: Review copy for clarity, grammar, and alignment with brand guidelines, ensuring high-quality output.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in creative copywriting, preferably in fast-growth start-ups or agencies.

- Creative Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging, high-impact content across various platforms and formats.

- Mastery of Language: Excellent command of English & Hindi, with the ability to craft clear and engaging copy. Proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.

- Innovative Thinker: Ability to generate fresh ideas and creative concepts that resonate with our target audience.

- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
