This is a position for someone who is entrepreneurial, has eye for details, self-driven and well-rounded growth minded strategist. Prior experience as strategy consultant in MBB and working in CEO/CXO offices in the consumer internet space is desired.
As Central Growth Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the go-to-market strategy, track and stich end-to-end growth stories/metrics across candidates, recruiters (employers) and new business initiatives thereby enabling growth and developing investment frameworks, which are critical for the user growth and revenue. This role will directly role into the CMO and Head of Growth and work closely with other CXOs, functional heads, and growth marketing functional leads.
He/She will be responsible for identifying, developing, and driving growth level strategies that create opportunities for revenue and market share growth. The role will also focus on the development of new growth initiatives through research, analysis, and presentation of financial/analytical modelling as well as ensure that current AOP/growth plan/Revenue is well executed by different PoD leaders by being the custodian of the growth AOP
Experience you'll need:
4+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting and/or end-to-end Go-To-Market in a start-up /
Scale-up Or Growing a Business Or Other Relevant Experience.
Experience working with a MBB will be preferred
Strong appetite for growth and tech topics, ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
Analytical & critical thinking and experience with data-driven decision-making, ability to deal with data and exercise good judgment in ambiguous circumstances.
Ability to switch from strategic / conceptual thinking to pragmatic /operational topics, not afraid of rolling your sleeve.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Excellent storytelling/presentation skills and solid in stakeholder management.
Empathetic when dealing with different people; able to quickly build relationships with external and internal partners.
