Apprenti provides a proven, reliable pipeline for connecting underrepresented groups including people of color, women, and veterans to the necessary training and hands-on skills needed to be successful in the talent-hungry tech industry. Through the only fully registered tech apprenticeship system in the U.S., companies and prospective talent benefit from a mutual training and learning environment leading to a new pathway into tech careers. Through our innovative selection process, we bridge the talent and training gap to meet the demands of the tech industry’s growing workforce. Apprenti is a program of the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA) Workforce Institute.
