The Client Success Team is responsible for supporting clients purchasing nursing solutions with product training, implementation, integration, and test preparation delivery to achieve client centric outcomes. The team leads the success planning, onboarding, training, SaaS implementation, ongoing proactive and reactive client support, and the delivery of nursing products for Ascend’s nursing brands: ATI, APEA and NursingCE. The Product Training Specialist delivers Nursing product training support through expert product knowledge to ensure client product understanding, adoption of resources, and achievement of client outcomes. The Product Training Specialist (PTS) delivers onsite and virtual client trainings partnering directly with members of the Client Success Team and other key stakeholders within the organization to deliver onboarding and proactive ongoing service to clients. The role will provide engaging Live Webinars to promote Nursing solutions as the leader in the industry for clients to achieve outcomes.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
This position will work remotely within the United Sates and require up to 50% travel.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Educate new and existing clients in a virtual or onsite meeting about Nursing solutions.
- Learn and maintain "expert" level knowledge of all Nursing solutions.
- Collaborate with Client Success Team and internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and assess client onboarding and proactive ongoing product training needs.
- Lead client facing live webinars aligned to product needs and industry trends.
- Deliver detailed client follow-up to support service delivery and respond to additional questions and training needs.
- Maintain awareness of client status to increase client engagement, loyalty, and escalate concerns to key stakeholders.
- Support sales team with revenue targets in ensuring timely onsite and virtual student orientations when demand exceeds sales bandwidth.
- Troubleshoot product/tech issues to assist clients with quick resolution.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare or business-related field preferred.
- Two years or more of industry-related experience in health care or educator preferred.
- Two years or more of experience presenting and training customers on product lines preferred.
- Ability to deliver effective and engaging presentations.
- Innovative thinker with creative problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
- Articulate communicator and active listener who can easily engage an audience.
- Ability to lead focus groups by creating a trusting environment throughout the process.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings to inform leaders of valuable insights that drive effective decision making.
- Detail oriented with thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to successfully manage and prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficient with current technology and experience with MS Office and webinar platforms.
