Overview:

Avenica is currently hiring for an insurance broker position for an insurance firm. The Account Manager will provide excellent client service as well as knowledge of personal lines. The ideal candidate for this position is a professional interested in client relations, general business, and insurance.

Responsibilities of the Personal Lines Account Manager position:

• Assist the team by managing a book of personal accounts, including marketing to carriers
• Help prepare quotes and proposals
• Responding to policy inquiries (email, phone)
• Maintaining renewal controls on expirations and binders
• Checking policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy, and maintaining accurate and organized account files
• Understanding customer needs and the products or services that can align with their needs
• Continuously develop and maintain productive business relationships with customers in order to increase access and sales results
• Stay current with database information and reporting
• Handle all accounts assigned to you as well as any other accounts that may need help

Requirements of the Personal Lines Account Manager position:

• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US; Avenica is unable to provide sponsorship at this time
• Property and casualty license required
• 3+ years of insurance experience required
• High school diploma required
