Compensation: $120-140K base, 8% of net profit

General Managers (Operations + Sales focused), this is your opportunity to grow! We’re seeking an experienced, dynamic leader who thrives on managing customer touchpoints, both in CRM systems and in person. We need someone ready to lean in, develop our team through consistent coaching, and lead by example. Ongoing training and support will be provided!

  • Generating revenue and increasing sales volume

  • Structuring deals and lifting PVR

  • Structured sales training/phone training and development of variable staff

  • Setting and achieving targets and goals, both monthly and annual.

  • Managing and improving sales processes to enhance customer experiences
  • Driving revenue growth through digital operations, service lane initiatives, and show floor sales
  • Maintaining customer relationships in service, review and lift KPI's and increase efficiency and technician development

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record of success in the automotive industry
  • High CSI scores and time spent in F&I
  • Experience as a manager with a history of achieving goals and growing a team
  • A strategic mindset is particularly relevant to a new vehicle program.
  • Ability to multitask, and effectively execute tasks in a timely manner , must have urgency as a mindset
  • Familiarity with fixed operations and driving the business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching, training, and mentoring sales managers and support staff
  • Managing merchandising and customer experience
  • Overseeing inventory management, variable P&L, and fixed
  • Driving sales and digital performance
  • Ensuring process adherence, training, and process creation
  • Setting and achieving monthly/annual sales targets
  • Strengthening OEM relationships
  • Establishing monthly goals with staff
  • Managing annual budgets and executing tasks at a high level
  • Operating effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Hitting KPI's in the service department
