In this critical role, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing Workers’ Compensation claims, promoting a culture of safety, and helping protect Walser employees, customers, vehicles and ultimately the business. You'll also dive into data, guide insurance processes, and collaborate across departments to build a safer, smarter, and more resilient company.
What You’ll Do:
-
Champion Employee Safety: Manage Workers’ Compensation claims, lead return-to-work efforts, and ensure OSHA compliance.
-
Own Claims Management: Handle diverse claims (property damage, GL, loaners, test drives, etc.), manage our self-insured captive program, and maintain detailed incident records.
