Director of Growth Marketing – Avenica Partner Company


Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 base + 20% incentive

Work Arrangement: Remote (Applicants in CST/EST)

Avenica partners with a fast-growing, acquisition-driven services platform building a national portfolio of home service businesses. This team is investing heavily in marketing, systems, and operations to scale—and is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead that effort.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll define strategy and execute—directly impacting leads, bookings, and revenue.

How You’ll Drive Impact

You will own the end-to-end marketing engine, ensuring all initiatives translate into measurable growth.

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals

  • Lead digital channels (Google LSA, Google Ads, Meta, SEO, local optimization)

  • Build campaigns that drive booked jobs and revenue

  • Track performance (CPL, conversion, revenue, ROI) using tools like ServiceTitan

Campaign Ownership (Hands-On)

  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns

  • Oversee websites, landing pages, and email marketing

  • Build dashboards and reporting for performance visibility

Vendor & Systems Management

  • Manage agencies, freelancers, and offshore resources

  • Optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI

  • Support implementation of ServiceTitan, CRM workflows, and automation tools

  • Ensure marketing, sales, and operations systems are integrated

M&A & Growth Initiatives

  • Support acquisition outreach and integration

  • Lead rebranding and go-to-market for new locations

  • Drive local and multi-location growth strategies

About You

You’re a performance-driven marketing leader who thinks in leads, bookings, and ROI. You’re equally comfortable building strategy and executing campaigns—and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Qualifications

  • B2C growth marketing experience (required)

  • Hands-on expertise in digital channels (Google Ads, LSA, Meta, SEO)

  • Track record of driving measurable results (CPL, conversion, revenue)

  • Experience in home services or multi-location businesses strongly preferred
    (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, landscaping, etc.)

  • Strong analytical, vendor management, and execution skills

  • Comfortable operating in a lean, evolving environment
