We seek a smart, passionate recruiting consultant (contractor) who will help us to attract, select and engage a diverse group of talented educators and staff members who are deeply aligned with Avenues' unique mission and innovative approach. In this role, you will support our highly collaborative People and Culture team and work closely with campus leaders to ensure that we place exceptional talent into every role.

In this role, you will:

• Build a thriving pipeline of talented prospects and candidates for Avenues, ensuring great candidates for each role while building a bench for the future;

• Identify exceptional teaching and staff candidates who are well-aligned with Avenues and attract them to apply;

• Facilitate a seamless recruitment process, providing first-class experience and support to our candidates and colleagues;

• Quickly and effectively assess candidates through interviews;

• Passionately promote Avenues SP as a very desirable employer among innovative, collaborative educators and professionals who share our global vision;

• Work to embed a recruiting culture into the DNA of Avenues São Paulo;

• Work in partnership with Avenues People and Culture team, acting as the guardian of Avenues recruitment processes, ensuring the proper execution and documentation of all stages of the selection process;

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the ATS support, troubleshooting, and user training.

• Top-notch communication skills in English and Portuguese

• 3+ years in recruitment and selection, ideally in a growing, entrepreneurial organization

• Ability to compellingly communicate Avenues' distinctive approach

• Very strong relationship building skills and emotional intelligence

• A keen analytical, problem-solving approach and ability to operate in ambiguity

• Passion for education; experience in schools a major plus

• Keen intellectual curiosity and mindset of continuous learning and growth

• Sense of deep personal responsibility for the organization's success

• Superb organization, project and time management skills
