THE OPPORTUNITY

Avenues São Paulo Avenues São Paulo is excited to announce an opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Admissions, Enrollment, and Finance team. This critical role, reporting to Avenues São Paulo Finance, will support enrollment operations, processes, and analytics—transforming data into strategic insights that drive decision-making. As the owner of our enrollment database (from leads to post-event tracking and campaign performance), you will serve as the key liaison between Finance and Admissions. You will ensure that our data is accurately captured, clearly understood, and effectively reported. After completing enrollment data analyses, you will collaborate with various teams to translate insights into action across the organization.

The Admissions team is the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding and inspiring them as they learn about our unique global educational offering. With a high-touch, relationship-centered approach, Admissions provides a seamless and caring experience from inquiry to decision, ensuring each school year begins with a fully enrolled community of students who are an excellent match for Avenues and who bring diverse perspectives that enrich our campus.

The Finance team serves as a strategic partner to the school, stewarding resources responsibly to support Avenues’ long-term vision. Through ethical decision-making and comprehensive financial planning, Finance provides reliable, actionable data that informs key decisions, drives continuous improvement, and ensures the financial sustainability of the organization. The team is committed to delivering exceptional service to families and effectively managing the full financial cycle.

Together, Admissions and Finance work collaboratively to support families, strengthen operations, and uphold the mission and sustainability of Avenues São Paulo.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data analysis, interpretation, forecasting. Track and interpret all key metrics pertaining to the São Paulo campus such as (but not limited to) applications received, processed, erosion, yield and attrition. Be prepared and informed to answer sophisticated, multi-data, high-judgment questions.

• Marketing data & events performance/analysis. Complete dashboard on all event performances and KPIs generating feedback, including enquiries, leads and prospects tracking. Connect event performance to applications and other data ensuring intersection of admissions results to events.

• Ensure that the databases are always functioning properly and are accurate

• Contribute as a key team member to the implementation of a new CRM platform, possibly SalesForce.

• Be the expert of all aspects of data, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely reporting.

• Oversee the backend database for all new and re-enrollments.
