Wir suchen einen Senior Accountant (m/w) für unser Finanzteam im Herzen des pulsierenden Berlins!

Als Senior Accountant (m/w) wirst du Teil des Accounting Operations Teams und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Hauptbuchhaltung im Tagesgeschäft und die Abschlussarbeiten. In dieser Funktion arbeitest du mit der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie dem Controlling zusammen, um den Monatsabschluss und das Reporting zu unterstützen.

Als Senior Accountant berichtest du direkt an den Director of Accounting und arbeitest mit den Fachbereichen des Unternehmens im In- und Ausland (z. B. für unsere US-Einheit) zusammen, um einen effizienten und zeitnahen Abschluss sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung fristgerechter und korrekter Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse, entsprechend der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Maßgaben

• Du bist verantwortlich für die Hauptbuchhaltung (insbesondere Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen und Intercompany-Transaktionen)
• Du erfasst Abschlussbuchungen am Monatsende und stellst die monatlichen Kontenabstimmungen sicher

Dein Profil:

• Du hast 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Position im Rechnungswesen. Idealerweise hast Du dort bereits Erfahrungen mit SaaS-Geschäften gesammelt.
• Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB. Erfahrung mit der Bilanzierung nach IFRS ist ein Plus.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erfassung von Geschäftsvorfällen in einem ERP-System, vorzugsweise bereits Erfahrungen mit Workday.
• Gutes prozessuales Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, als Schnittstelle zu anderen Fachbereichen zu fungieren.
• Du arbeitest organisiert, achtest auf Details und hast die Fähigkeit, selbständig zu arbeiten.
• Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse und mittlere Englischkenntnisse.
