To support this mission, we are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandise Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role serves as a critical link between MIO, merchandising, and store operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting through the Oracle Retail Insights platform. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining dashboards, resolving data issues, collaborating with Oracle partners on system enhancements, and supporting business users with reporting tools and applications.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Process requests for new dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Ensure automated reports are generated and distributed as scheduled.
- Compile and distribute weekly reports to merchant teams.
- Support business users by addressing questions and issues related to Oracle Retail Insights.
- Collaborate with merchandising to ensure reporting needs are met.
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Work with third-party support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Train new team members on available business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Analyze findings and collaborate with business partners to address open issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
- Assist the Manager, MIO Systems & Reporting, with projects and tasks as needed.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum of three years of experience in a retail-related field with a strong emphasis on reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is required; SQL knowledge is a plus.
Note: This is a hybrid role requiring a mix of remote work and in-office attendance to our HQ office location in Basking Ridge, NJ. Applicants must be within a commutable distance to the Basking Ridge, NJ area.

The hiring range for this position is $60000 - 64000 annually. The actual pay may vary based on a number of factors, including professional experience, hiring location, skills, competencies, and may fall outside of the range shown.
