As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound inquiries. The primary goal is to generate a qualified pipeline by nurturing potential customers and setting qualified discovery calls. What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential customers via email, phone, and social networks.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media to generate new leads.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture inquiries and set qualified discovery calls that lead to new business and revenue.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and ensure database health by regularly updating customer information in our CRM system.
- Continuously learn about our industry and the unique benefits of our products and services to provide the best possible support to potential customers.
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in technical or software product sales.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in Sales and/or Marketing.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and disciplined approach to managing time effectively.
- Team-oriented attitude.
- Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities.
