As a Lead Teacher you will:
- Communicate regularly with parents to support, guide, and share in their child’s development
- Guide your teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and hands-on activities based on your observations of children’s interests and skills
- Document and share the special moments and important milestones of the children in your care
Must meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements including:
- At least six months of experience working with children in a professional setting
- At least 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED
- CDA or higher required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- Pass required state and company background checks
The hourly rate for this position is between $20.75 - $25.35 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
