Pay Range: $57,200 - $60,000 Annually (Dependent on experience/qualifications)

The annual salary for this position is between $57,200 - $60,000 . The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

As an Assistant Director, you will
Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients
Regularly monitor the center’s programs to assess program quality and that the children’s learning is effectively documented and visible
Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation
What we hope you will bring to this role:
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required
Two to four years of professional child care teaching experience required; experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred
