What is this role about?
Key responsibilities and metrics include:
⭐ Setting goals: Identifying sales goals and setting targets to meet or exceed revenue
forecasts
⭐Creating plans: Developing sales plans and monthly forecasting reports to track
progress
⭐Building the team: Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salespeople
⭐Providing guidance: Training and mentoring sales representatives, and providing
on-the-ground support
⭐Motivating the team: Coaching and developing the sales force to ensure high
professional standards are met
⭐Analyzing data: Using sales data to make important decisions
⭐Managing accounts: Assigning sales territories and generating leads to divide among
sales representatives
⭐Running reports: Completing sales reports and other administrative work

⭐Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively
convey information and expectations.
⭐Sales Techniques: Proficiency in various sales techniques and strategies. ⭐Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven
decisions.
⭐Time Management: Efficiently managing time and priorities for both oneself and the team
