What You’ll Do

• Quarterly Project Management: Plan, lead, and close out projects on time and within budget.
• Insights & Reporting: Analyze performance, spot trends, and recommend improvements.
• Retention Support: Collaborate on refunds and CX initiatives to keep customers delighted.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Sync with product, finance, ops—whoever it takes—to drive seamless execution.
