このポジションでは、インフルエンサーマーケティングを主に行なっていただきます。YouTube、Instagram、Twitter、その他のプラットフォームで活躍するコンテンツクリエイターとの関係を築き、交渉や投稿、キャンペーンの分析などを行います。

新しいアイデアを試しながらプロジェクトや予算を管理し、Camblyの受講生を増やすための方法を常に模索していただきます。また、結果を分析し、新たな仮説を立てて検証することが求められます。

This position is for someone who understands the value of digital influence or a digital influencer themselves. Whether on YouTube, Instagram, Twitter or other platforms, you will create relationships with content creators and work with them from negotiation to posting and analyzing the impact of the campaign.

You will test new ideas, manage your own projects and budgets, always looking for new ways to grow the number of Cambly students. You will use your analytical skills daily by analyzing results of your initiatives, learning from each action and generating new hypotheses to be tested.

1. Define and execute local marketing acquisition strategy for influencer marketing and identify relevant influencers on all social media (mainly YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and other platforms)

2. Brief, negotiate and manage influencers that fit our strategy

3. Collaborate and support team members on digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, SEO and support.

4. Initiate and optimize local retention activities to increase customer engagement, LTV, and loyalty

5. Uncover, experiment and leverage new emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth

6. Ideate, test, measure, learn and repeat growth hacks
