Essential Functions:
- Uncover and Evaluate Opportunities: Research, pinpoint, and assess potential accounts using engaging outreach methods, effectively communicating our unique value proposition to key decision-makers.
- Surpass Daily and Monthly Outreach Targets: Go beyond the daily and monthly outreach goals, showcasing your ability to consistently exceed expectations.
- Initiate Connections through Various Channels: Engage in prospecting and lead development through cold-calling, email outreach, and employing diverse strategies to make meaningful connections.
- Provide Valuable Insights for Continuous Improvement: Offer valuable feedback across sales and marketing, helping us refine our initial contact strategies promptly to meet evolving needs and priorities.
- Conduct In-Depth Research for Targeted Accounts: Dive into targeted accounts, qualifying potential buyers, identifying key contacts, and gathering critical information ahead of virtual product demonstrations.
- Curate Targeted Lists for Outreach Campaigns: Develop precise lists of prospects and contacts, enhancing email and phone campaigns' effectiveness, and conference participation.
- Collaborate with Enrollment Solutions Consultants: Work closely with designated Enrollment Solutions Consultants, providing direct support by creating original and impactful content. Collaborate on strategically developing territory plans for maximum impact.
- Master the Platform's Features: Showcase your proficiency in the platform's components, demonstrating fluency and expertise in its functionalities.
Experience:
- Entry-Level Opportunity:
- Ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of B2B Sales experience, particularly in roles like SDR or BDR
- Industry Flexibility:
- While experience in selling into Higher Education or software is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite. We value diverse backgrounds and are open to candidates with various industry exposures.
- Tech-Savvy Environment:
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Linkedin Sales Navigator is a bonus, but it's not mandatory. We're open to nurturing your skills and providing the necessary training.
