This is a great opportunity if you have an interest in or have a little experience within a finance department and are looking to grow your finance/accounting experience.
It’s a full-time, school office-based contract position to start in March, and to continue for 6 months. The role is office-based, set within our English Language school, just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Canterbury.
Stafford House Study Holidays welcome large groups of international students each summer to stay, learn and have fun at our 7 centres across the UK.
Based in the Finance Department in Canterbury, you’ll produce and log invoices for our students, liaising with our reservations team to raise and manage invoicing and reconciliations.
You'll work with our summer school teams to ensure each of our centre's petty cash and credit card transactions are kept up to date and reconciled each week and hold weekly check ins with our Centre Directors.

A keen eye for detail and have friendly and confident communication skills
Experience of raising and managing invoices and reconciliations is highly desirable
Confident to learn our in-house accounting system, facilitating the raising of invoices
Be available until the end of August 2024
