Job Description

Here at Stafford House International, we have a great opportunity to become part of our admin team, supporting our academic programme, within our fun and vibrant summer school on a contract basis..


This is a full-time contract position, that would suit a junior administrator who is able to demonstrate their ability to prepare and support the day-to-day running of our school.
We’re based just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Canterbury, easily reached by public transport.

Here’s some of what’s involved:
  • Working up to 48 hours per week depending on the needs of the school each week

  • Collecting all registers and inputting attendance data onto the in-house database.

  • Responsible for marking tests and inputting the results onto the database.

  • Preparing student ID badges ready for arrival day, updating notice boards and communications in the school

  • Photocopying, Data entry, Running reports & filing.

Some of what you’ll need:
  • Be available from 24th June for 5 weeks

  • You’ll need to have excellent customer service skills; this is a very busy school with lots of students.

  • You must have some experience of administration; this could be related to university or similar.

  • Good IT skills, be organised, professional and being able to adapt to change.

  • Friendly and professional communication skills are vital.

  • You must have the right to work full-time in the UK
