Are you looking for a teaching role where you can devote time to educating international students with the highest aspirations? Our student body is diverse, inspiring, and ever-growing. Consequently, we are not only seeking a teacher who can harness the international context of our classrooms and foster an inclusive environment for discussion, interpretation, and critical thinking, but also someone who can drive engaging cocurricular opportunities for students and staff.

We expect teachers to be involved in our super-curricular activities, known as ‘Electives’, where current offerings include Debate Society, Creative Writing, Journalism, EPQ, and Public Speaking. Applicants should also demonstrate a strong commitment to their professional development. Worthgate offers excellent, fully funded opportunities for successful applicants to undertake NPQ qualifications (Leading Teacher Development, Senior Leadership, NPQ SENCO) in partnership with UCL, with multiple teachers enrolling each year. As part of the wider CATS Global Schools group, the academic team also benefits from
cross-school collaboration and events, and staff are encouraged to develop and contribute to these professional networks.
