Job Description

Graduate Design and Content Creator

Contract: Fixed term to July 2027.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, term time plus four weeks.

Bournemouth Collegiate School is a rapidly growing co-educational independent school situated on the south coast. The School has extensive facilities, on two sites. BCS provides a nurturing environment where the happiness of the pupils comes first.

At Bournemouth Collegiate School, we believe outstanding education deserves thoughtful, creative design. Our visual identity plays a key role in telling the BCS story - from prospectuses and digital campaigns to social media and event materials.

We are expanding our Marketing and Communications team and are seeking a Design & Content Creator to join us. This office-based role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong eye for design, a passion for video storytelling, and an interest in education. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging, high-quality visual content that reflects the values, character, and ambition of BCS across both print and digital platforms.

This role comes with a unique opportunity to live and work at BCS, gaining well-rounded experience in both Marketing and Boarding. Alongside the Design and Content Creator role, you will work with boarding staff to support children in class, in activities, and taking an interest in the boarding life of the School.

We offer you:

Accommodation free of rent or bills

Free school meals during term time

An extensive range of employee benefits

Dedicated CPD programme
