What you'll do here:

This position will report to the Senior Director, NGL Product Marketing, and will work closely with the Senior Director of Global Partnerships, ELT and the Director of Global Marketing, ELT.

Business and market development

  • Lead global K12 growth strategy, partnering with Secondary and ELT business unit directors to support Latin America, Middle East, and Asia regions achieve 20% annual growth

  • Partner with regional sales managers in the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia to identify and “peel away” key competitor accounts

  • Lead quarterly K12 strategy meetings to drive market development in target territories—focusing initially on ten countries including Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and Vietnam

  • Support global sales teams in winning school-system adoptions (e.g., GEMS in UAE/Saudi Arabia), developing key-account presentations, submitting tenders, and collaborating with regions on sales pitches

  • Analyze sales data to ensure regional efforts are aligned with revenue and profit targets, and deploy Salesforce to create pipeline reports for senior leaders

  • Lead all aspects of day-to-day channel operations to ensure global regions can seamlessly manage client, distributor, and digital partner relationships

Product Management & Marketing

  • Develop catalog and sales tools as agreed, using US assets and crafting new tools based on international and region-specific needs

  • Serve as point person for incoming product and operations queries on Big Ideas Learning portfolio, sourcing and communicating responses

  • Coordinate with Regional Marketing teams to build awareness and implement channel campaigns to expand market share and pursue growth targets

  • Drive collaboration with key-account and distribution partners to plan, develop, and implement joint marketing and communications projects

Customer Success

  • Support Customer Success Managers in digital onboarding and ensuring positive key-account UX

  • Serve as point person for sourcing responses to Big Ideas Learning queries and communicating with regions

Skills you will need here:

  • 5+ years’ marketing experience within the education industry

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience crafting, maintaining, and negotiating changes to a budget

  • Experience in EdTech and/or International K12 Education preferred

  • Experience creating and analyzing sales reports in Salesforce, or similar platform

  • Strong understanding of student and teacher user experience and working within a marketing automation platform and CRM

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead multiple projects with multiple deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent teammate with strong communication skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft Office 365

  • Self-starter, critical thinker, can-do attitude

Base Pay Range

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$73,400.00 - $117,400.00 USD
