We are seeking a Strategic Account Director – Financial Services who can drive revenue by developing and managing strategic alliances at a regional and national territory level in order to maximize exposure of the CeriFi products, be an in-kind resource, and oversee all facets of brand growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow existing relationships and develop new firm partnerships to grow our market share or all CeriFi offerings
  • Responsible for Territory Planning, Account Planning, and Forecasting
  • Seek to achieve trusted advisor status with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the assigned accounts and territories
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and other meetings to ensure connectivity and shared vision for success in the companies we support
  • Travel to meetings, conduct presentations, and attend conferences when needed
  • Account strategy execution: Minimum of monthly account calls with Regional Account Managers to set goals/expectations and align strategy by firm
  • Coach: Become a resource for Regional Account Managers with regards to firm pricing, reimbursement and enrollment processes
  • Support: Provide backup support for Regional Account Managers when needed
  • Train: Help with new hire training for your accounts
  • Communicate and influence: Effectively communicate all CeriFi products and benefits to effectively promote programs to prospective partners
  • Coordinate and conduct monthly or quarterly webinars for accounts to support revenue growth
  • Uphold all university and company brand standards in every communication with accounts.
Requirements
  • Must be a team player and promote positive culture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred
  • 3-5 years national b2b sales experience with proven track record in success
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and due date pressures utilizing strong planning, organization and time management skills while generating a high level of quality work product
  • Technically savvy: Must be proficient and skilled in technology applications, including Microsoft Suite, Outlook/E-mail, Web Applications, CRMs, etc.
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • A willingness to learn, and the motivation and drive success through consistent hard work
  • Able to work independently
