What You’ll Do

Lead Content & Course Innovation

  • Build and update CFP Board–aligned curriculum and program content.
  • Create engaging learning materials—slides, quizzes, cases, exams, etc.
  • Develop new educational content that strengthens and expands our programs.

Own Our Digital Learning Experience

  • Build and publish course content in the LMS/CMS for seamless student learning.
  • Collaborate with faculty and SMEs to validate content accuracy and clarity.
  • Support students and faculty with content- and delivery-related questions.

Support Student & Faculty Success

  • Serve as a trusted guide for learners as they navigate complex financial planning topics.
  • Be the go-to resource for students and faculty—solve questions, clear hurdles, and remove road-blocks.
  • Monitor learner progress and proactively support students so they stay confident, engaged, and fully prepared to pass.

Stay Ahead of Industry Change

  • Stay current on law, regulation, and CFP Board updates and translate them into updated content.
  • Participate in industry and CFP Board events for alignment and insight.
Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant professional experience
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project-management skills
  • Bonus: CFA, CPA, JD, or Master’s in Accounting/Tax
