We’re looking for a Student Success Coach who’s passionate about helping people win. In this role, you’ll be part mentor, part motivator, and part problem-solver — guiding students from day one all the way to program completion.
You’ll be the person students turn to when they need direction, encouragement, or a game plan. If you love helping people stay on track, build confidence, and reach big goals, this is your kind of role.
What You’ll Do
Support Students Every Step of the Way
- Be a consistent, reliable point of contact for students throughout their journey
- Connect with students daily via email and phone to answer questions and keep them moving forward
- Partner with your coaching team to create a seamless experience from learning into review programs
- Send out key updates, reminders, and course-wide communications
Proactive Outreach (This is where you shine)
- Welcome new students with onboarding calls that set them up for success from day one
- Join class starts to help answer questions and ease first-day nerves
- Run scheduled check-ins to track progress and keep students accountable
- Reach out to students who fall behind and help them reset, refocus, and get back on track
Be the Go-To Problem Solver
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to student emails and calls
- Partner with Customer Service and Sales to make sure every student gets the right support
- Help remove roadblocks so students can stay focused on their goals
Coaching & Study Strategy
- Help students build realistic, achievable goals that lead to program completion
- Create personalized study plans based on individual learning styles and schedules
- Teach effective study habits and help students reflect on what’s working (and what’s not)
- Confidently answer questions about programs, expectations, and industry standards
Data + Insights
- Pull and review reports to track student progress and identify who needs extra support
- Use data to guide your outreach and coaching approach
Bonus: Add-On Support
- Recommend helpful add-on products that support student success
- Assist students with purchases using internal tools when it makes sense for their journey
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, coaching, or a service-focused role
- Strong communication skills — you’re clear, supportive, and easy to talk to
- A natural relationship-builder who can motivate and encourage others
- Solid problem-solving skills — you don’t just identify issues, you help fix them
- Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of students at once
- A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for problems, you prevent them
- Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce) is a plus
- Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office
