What You Will Be Doing

Payment Operations

• Manage procurement process and maintain records of vendor contracts, invoices and payments.
• Obtain and document approvals for payment processing.
• Operate regional bank accounts and prepare payment transactions.
• Administer corporate credit card programme.
• Support payroll process by reviewing and processing employee reimbursements.
• Report on Group’s cash flow and liquidity position.

Finance and Accounting

• Data entry of financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Analysis of cost and budget allocation.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, banks, local tax and government authorities.
• Support multi-region compliance efforts on local filing requirements, tax filing requirements, and audits.
• Support finance department at headquarters as required.

About You

• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance, or related field
• Experience
• 4 years related experience preferably in with an MNC
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office, spreadsheets and accounting software
• Skills & Qualities
• Highly detail-oriented and organised
• Effective written and verbal communicator up and down the organization and lateral across functions
• Mature, organised, strong sense of integrity, self-motivated & eager to learn
