About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise application development, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in: IT Service Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow); Workday integrations and HRIS systems; Marketing automation and CRM tools; Legal, Risk, and Compliance technologies
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures.

It would be great if you also had

• Experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Workday HCM, Qualtrics, PowerBI)
• Familiarity with data privacy, SOX, GDPR, and other compliance frameworks.
• Certification in Agile, PMP, or ITIL is a plus.

What will you be doing in this role:

• Lead and mentor multiple development teams across corporate systems domains. Define and execute development roadmaps aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture.

• Oversee design, development, and deployment of internal applications and integrations.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of systems supporting ITSM, HR, Marketing, and GRC functions. Drive automation, standardization, and modernization of legacy platforms.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and IT Operations to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure systems adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards. Implement robust change management and release processes.
