We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to become an integral part of our Accounting team based in Belgrade.

This position plays a key role in managing accounts payable, expense allocations, reconciliations, and supporting various financial processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
• 2+ years of working in MS Office, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
• Proficient in English language

• Experience with NetSuite, OneStream, and Concur is a plus

What will you be doing in this role?

• Manage accounts payable invoices through NetSuite, maintain internal records, and forward documentation to the external accountant.
• Perform monthly cost center allocations and prepare journal entries for import into NetSuite at month-end.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations in OneStream, ensuring accuracy of balance sheet accounts.
• Review and approve travel expenses in Concur, collect receipts, and send complete documentation to the external accountant.
• Analyze accounting positions in local statutory reports and the central financial system to ensure proper alignment.
• Assist in local statutory audits.
• Submit monthly reports for salary-related expenses (meal allowances, tips, undocumented transactions, vouchers, etc.).

House of Work
This is a full-time position, 40 working hours per week (standard Serbian working hours). This is a hybrid position working in the office 3 days every other week.
