About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Proficient in English language
- Proficient in French language
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
It would be great if you also had . . .
- 1 year of experience in relevant IP field
- Paralegal qualification, IP training/certificates or equivalent are considered as a bonus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Outstanding attention to detail and capability to focus on completing tasks and assignments under pressure with precision
- Outstanding self-organization and time management
What will you be doing in this role?
- Manage the IP Management Systems by calendaring statutory and non-statutory deadlines, reviewing patent and trademark prosecution documents, and ensuring data integrity.
- Prioritize docketing/de-docketing requests, facilitating timely filing of applications and responses, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Prepare and file documents with the Patent and Trademark Office, tracking foreign filing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support administrative tasks related to patent and trademark prosecution while staying updated on PTO guidelines and procedures.
- Help manage the client's intellectual property portfolio, including filing, maintaining, and renewing patents, trademarks, and copyrights timely.
About the Team
TM IP Admin Team (within the wider Operations team) is responsible performing Trademark operational tasks with assistance and under supervision from other paralegals and senior team members. This team is also focused on fulfilling Trademark operational tasks as requested in most areas of Trademark prosecution (applications, registrations, recordals and renewals) based on defined workflow and Standard Operating Procedures.

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
