We are seeking a Risk Manager to support, maintain and where possible, improve the governance framework and processes related to managing the Enterprise Risk Management program across the company.
In this role, you will lead the Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery program to ensure resilience of critical systems, applications, and business functions. You will assist in leading the Enterprise Risk Management risk assessment process and overall risk management program including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring and reporting.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
At least 7 years of relevant experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, or enterprise risk management
Knowledge of BCM and ERM governance and control frameworks such as ISO or COSO
It would be great if you also had . . .
Certification in risk management or a related field is an asset i.e., CBCP, CBCI, CIA, CISA, or other audit-related certifications
Experience leveraging GRC solutions (e.g. Fusion Framework, SAI Global, MetricStream)
Ability to extract data and work with systems and software applications.
Previous experience in driving change management programs across a global organization
What will you be doing in this role?
Lead enhancement of the Business Continuity Program including establishing BC/DR plans that align with organizational expectations, facilitating tabletop exercises and DR testing, and implementing documentation and supporting tools.
Support the Crisis Management Team to ensure alignment between crisis response strategies and the BCP as well as providing operational support during crisis events and post-incident reviews.
Lead the planning and execution of the annual enterprise risk management plan, including execution of the ERM cycle, risk framework updates, risk assessments, risk monitoring and reporting to key stakeholders.
Manage the implementation of ERM roadmap milestones to strengthen enterprise risk maturity.
Prepare ERM and BCM related materials, dashboards, and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board of Directors.
Develop and roll-out relevant risk management tools training and guidance to users to increase adoption and knowledge within the tools.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry supporting certifications related to compliance.
Proactively develop and own relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with key initiatives, including the business continuity and risk transfer program.
Manage and maintain enterprise risk management tools, practices, policies, documentation, and reporting to identify and assess key risks across the organization.
Collaborate with other functions to formulate initiatives that can support the development and improvement of our risk-aware culture.
Champion specific initiatives to enhance the quality and value of service delivery including benchmarking, internal/external research, thought leadership, training and competency development.
About the Team
The Legal, Risk and Compliance (LRC) organization, includes 70 colleagues in multiple countries around the world. In addition, you will be working with senior leaders across different functions and segments.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time permanent position based in Barcelona, Spain and will require hybrid working in our Barcelona office, which is located next to Sagrada Familia (2 days per week in office, rest of week remote).
This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
