Job Summary

Curate and maintain Chinese researcher profiles by reviewing profile data, resolving bibliographic and metadata issues, and ensuring high standards of accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Review, curate, and maintain Chinese researcher profiles to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and correct attribution.

• Analyze and resolve profile-level issues related to authorship, affiliations, publications, and other bibliographic metadata.

• Apply editorial guidelines, business rules, and workflow procedures consistently across curation activities.

• Handle moderately complex profile correction and identity resolution tasks with a high degree of accuracy and judgment.

• Identify data inconsistencies, quality issues, and exception patterns, and take appropriate corrective action.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and partner teams to clarify profile data and support workflow execution.

• Contribute to quality checks, process adherence, and continuous improvement of profile curation standards.

• Maintain required productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.

• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing for new colleagues where needed.

• Contribute to operational initiatives and other content curation activities aligned to business priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Relevant experience in content operations, editorial work, data curation, bibliographic review, or a similar field.

• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese, with good command of English.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Chinese names, affiliations, publication data, and identity-resolution challenges.

• Experience in researcher profile curation, scholarly metadata, academic publishing, or bibliographic content operations.

• Experience working with quality-driven operational workflows.
