We are looking for Sales Operations Specialist to join our Professional IP Sales Team in Beijing. This role plays a critical role in ensuring correct data flow in IP salesforce and daily management on track. This position is reporting to the Senior Director, Segment Sales. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• You should have B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent qualification or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experiences in Salesforce are required

• Good communication skills and coordination ability

• Innovation thinking, endurance and patience

It would be great if you are . . .

• 2+ relevant working experience with Master degree or 5+ relevant working experience with Bachelor degree is preferred

• Patent agent or industry background is preferred

• English skills will be preferred

What will you be doing in this role?

• Maintain and update sales tools and CRM systems, ensuring they are optimized for team use.

• Implement and manage sales processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and service delivery.

• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

• Provide support for sales tools and CRM systems to ensure effective use.

• Coordinate and distribute sales materials and training, ensuring compliance with sales processes.

• Maintain sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.

• Support the desired go to market strategy, supporting rules of engagement.

Hours of Work

Full Time, Permanent (Monday-Friday, core business hours)

This is a hybrid position, working 2-3 days a week in one of our Clarivate offices
