About the Role

We are looking for Patent Search Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida. This is a great opportunity to work with clients to support them on various phases in IP Life cycle management. Patent Search Senior Analyst will work on various projects such as Infringement Analysis, White Space Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Freedom-to-Operate searches, and Prior-art Searching (Patentability/Validity/Invalidity) etc.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B. Tech) in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 2yrs of IP service experience & foundational knowledge of US, European, and/or other jurisdiction patent law
• Proficiency in utilizing patent and non-patent literature search databases
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

It Would Be Great If You Also Had

• Any relevant certification on Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, AI and/or other Computer Science topics.
• Knowledge on US/EP Patent Laws

What Will You Be Doing in This Role?

• Conduct low to medium complexity patent searches (patentability/novelty, SoA, FTO, validity) and support patent analytics for informed decision-making.
• Analyze patents and non-patent literature to identify technical nuances and key differentiators from prior art.
• Develop and execute comprehensive prior art search strategies aligned to project scope, ensuring relevant results and quality outputs.
• Deliver high-quality, self-reviewed work within timelines, meeting client expectations and contributing to team KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously enhance IP knowledge and technical expertise, while adhering to processes, completing project tasks accurately, and supporting improvement initiatives.

About the Team

Our team consists of 200+ team members reporting to the Manager/Sr. Manager/Director.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours per week based out of Noida
