We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Belgrade and play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, uncover trends, and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that support business goals.

About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• At least 2 years of experience with Excel, Jira, Confluence or similar tools
• Proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

It would be great if you also had . . .

• Experience working with different stakeholders
• Previous experience with structured data models

What will you be doing in this role?

• Deliver data-driven insights to support business goals and support informed decision-making, interacting closely with internal teams to understand their requirements.

• Create, maintain, and support interactive, self-service reporting and data visualization solutions.

• Perform and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed to address specific business questions.

• Identify opportunities to automate data processes for regular requests.

• Gather, analyze, and model data using analytical tools, documenting the steps taken in an analysis.

• Generate monthly metrics and reports on key business indicators.

• Conduct regular data and system reporting audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of information.

About the Team

You’ll be part of a global team working on patent intelligence products used by professionals worldwide. You will report directly to Senior Director, Product Management.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
