Base Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 DOE

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in B2B sales and a solid understanding of the landscape or construction supply industry, this is a great opportunity to make an impact and grow with a company that values initiative and results.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with landscape contractors, builders, and property managers
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through consistent outreach and service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of outside sales or account management experience (landscape or construction supply preferred)
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with landscape materials and seasonal demand cycles is a plus
