Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Tutor role located in Gastonia, NC at Club Z! In-Home Tutoring Services. Tutors will be responsible for providing one-on-one instruction in core subjects like reading, mathematics, science, history, as well as study skills and standardized test prep. Tutors will create personalized lesson plans, assess student needs, and track progress over time.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
• Knowledge and expertise in the subject matter being taught
• Experience in tutoring or teaching is a plus
• Patience and empathy when working with students
• Flexible schedule to accommodate tutoring sessions
• Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or related field
