Job Description

Club Z! Tutoring of Bethesda is seeking a patient, dependable, and engaging tutor for a 17-year-old student returning to academics after an extended break from school. The student is bright and capable, but needs structured, supportive instruction in core subjects, along with help staying focused and engaged.

This student may be shy at first and can become overwhelmed, so we are looking for a tutor who is calm, encouraging, and able to build trust over time. Hands-on, interactive teaching strategies are strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

• Previous teaching experience with teens or high school students
• Patient, reliable, and engaging
• Comfortable supporting student focus, confidence, and academic re-entry
