Lead the annual budgeting exercise of the group.
Detailed analysis of budget vs actual with insights, actionable and commentary for variances.
Engage with division leaders to analyze and discuss any variances from the budget and update the - rolling forecast
Prepare flash dashboards for the management showing key KPI's on weekly and monthly basis Prepare half yearly qualitative MD&A of financials for the various fund raises through bond Investors
Prepare quarterly results deck for the audit committee and board meeting Support the IR team with necessary analysis on queries from the investors.
Provide support in managing the press release documents for the quarterly financial results
Prepared and maintained financial data warehouse capturing key financial metrics for historical periods and its regular updating. Digitization and Process improvements: Drive data and trends driven analytics, process improvements and automation initiatives for the function
Provide support to the management in various cost control initiatives to enhance productivity and improve BU profitability
