We are looking for a TRAINING & QUALITY MANAGER to join our growing team!
Position Overview
Directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate training programs aligned with the objectives and strategy of the company.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Position Summary
- Develop and implement effective training programs for both new and existing employees.
- Identify trai Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.

- Conduct regular quality assessments and develop action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific quality requirements
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and quality performance.
- Provide timely feedback to employees and managers based on performance assessments.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and quality management.
- Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function
- Creates functional strategies and specific objectives
- Regular training sessions, workshops, and skill enhancement programs will be organized to ensure our team members stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Establish comprehensive quality assurance processes to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of our services, leading to higher customer satisfaction rates.
- Will perform rigorous quality checks and ongoing training will minimize errors, leading to improved operational efficiency and cost savings.

Experience
- Preferably with 5-7 plus years of related experience
- At least with a bachelor's degree
- Certification in Six Sigma is an advantage
Computer Technical
- Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
Other Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
- Great in relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
- Ability to manage from the big picture as well as dig into the details when needed
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information
- Skilled at interacting with employees at all levels within the organization
