As an Employer Brand Manager at Cornerstone on Demand, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive employer branding strategy that effectively showcases our company culture, values, and career opportunities. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand perception in the talent market, attracting top-tier talent, ensuring we are living up to our Employee Value Proposition and building lasting connections with current and potential employees. This role will require a diverse set of skills, including video editing, social site management, and event oversight and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Brand Strategy & Communication:
- Oversees the development and implementation of marketing strategies that suit a company's brand identity.
- Craft clear and compelling employer brand messaging that resonates with prospective candidates and reflects our company values.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging across all external and internal channels to realize effective holistic marketing strategies, campaigns and results.
- Monitor employer brand perception and reputation through various channels and proactively address any potential issues.
- Write creative, persuasive copy for various social media platforms, videos or other culture content.
- Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of employer brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve and optimize engagement with our target audience.
Talent Attraction and Acquisition:
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand talent needs and target audiences to tailor employer brand initiatives accordingly.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract top external and internal talent and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates; inclusive of media campaigns or other formats as needed.
- Leverage employer brand content to engage with passive candidates and build relationships with potential talent.
- Set, monitor and review social media standards, processes and outcomes and ensure that marketing and recruiting goals are aligned.
Event Oversight and Planning:
- Plan, organize, and execute local and global employer branding events such as webinars, workshops, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event objectives with our employer branding strategy.
- Ensure seamless event execution, from logistics to content delivery, to leave a positive and lasting impression on attendees.
Creative:
- Develop compelling and visually engaging branding materials (PowerPoint, articles, pamphlets, video content, etc.) that showcases our company culture, employee testimonials, and career opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to conceptualize and produce content that align with our employer brand messaging.
- Edit and refine video content, PowerPoint, and other files to ensure high-quality and brand consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in Employer Branding and or Marketing with expertise in employee driven programs and practices.
- Experience creating an Employer Brand strategy aligned to the Employer Value Proposition, setting metrics to measure success and executing against a defined plan
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creating followership.
- Proven experience in digital marketing; video, image, and other creative editing, preferably using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc).
- Understanding of employer branding, driving engagement, benchmark and trend analysis and best practices within the tech industry.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Prior experience in planning and executing events, both in-person and virtual.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong internal relationships.

Total Rewards:
At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.
The base salary range for this position is: $80800 - $129300 USD
In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).
This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
