Data Analyst – Enterprise Data Management- (Techno-Functional)

Location: Hyderabad, India

In this role you will:

• Analyze and interpret enterprise data from applications such as Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Marketo, and others.
• Translate business requirements from multiple stakeholders into clear technical specifications.
• Evangelize data needs across business functions including Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Partner teams.
• Design and wireframe Tableau dashboards, ensuring strong visualization and reporting capabilities.
• Leverage Snowflake expertise and Tableau experience to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with business and IT teams, mentoring engineers and fostering cross‑functional alignment.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to leadership, including dependencies, issues, and key metrics.
• Support data governance and quality initiatives by establishing standards, processes, and best practices.
• Document methodologies and insights for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement throughout the data management lifecycle.

You've got what it takes if you have:

• 5 - 7 years of experience as a Data Functional Analyst in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data extraction, and data models across multiple systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and Marketo.
• Proven track record working within a data governance framework, collaborating with Data Stewards and business users to resolve issues.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts and practices.
• Experience with data integration or data quality tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
