What this role is responsible for:
This role is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager & Country Manager in ensuring effective local area marketing through event management, content creation, localisation and digital targeting.
Responsibilities include:
End-to-end event management, including coordinating the calendar, sourcing speakers, creating assets, overseeing live events, hosting webinars, and analysing performance metrics.
Crafting engaging and original content to advertise events and services.
Creating visually appealing advertisements tailored to the desired audience.
End-to-end in-person event management, including booking venues, sourcing speakers, creating promotional materials and overseeing event logistics.
Executing effective email campaigns and reporting on performance.
Brainstorming and implementing innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
Location: United Kingdom; Europe / Remote
Role Requirements:
Some travel around the UK and the continent (limited) for events
How you’ll know you’re crushing it
You consistently achieve monthly revenue and lead targets.
You ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) across all marketing channels.
You foster high engagement among stakeholders.
You maintain consistent tracking and reporting of all campaigns and events.
What skills and experience you’ll need
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
Demonstrated experience in creating digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Proficiency in event management.
Exceptional written English and presentation skills.
Strong design skills and experience.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High level of organisational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate efficiently with remote teams.
Familiarity with the UK/European school and university landscape is an advantage.
