About Crimson Global Academy

CGA is a registered private online high school based in New Zealand, with a multi-cultural international student cohort of approximately 3,000 students split across multiple virtual campuses. Our students live in 30+ countries and are taught by a highly experienced teaching staff. Our strong pastoral care network guarantees students a safe and inclusive environment.

CGA students study at a level according to their academic competence and not their age. Hence, we have a considerable number of students studying at a level in advance of their peer group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inclusion provision for students with additional learning needs across CGA's international student cohort.

• Oversee access arrangements for international qualifications (IGCSE and A Level), ensuring applications and documentation meet exam board requirements.

• Work with teaching staff to embed inclusive teaching practices across the online classroom.

• Liaise directly with families and staff, meeting in person where needed in New Zealand and Australia.

• Contribute to CGA's strong pastoral care network, helping guarantee a safe and inclusive environment for all students.

• Support staff and school leadership on inclusion-related matters as part of CGA's broader academic and pastoral operations.

• A full-time position may be possible if combined with some teaching.

Required Qualifications

• New Zealand teaching registration.

• Located so that you are able to meet with families and staff in New Zealand and Australia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of access arrangements for international qualifications.

• Understanding of both the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and A Levels.
