Key Responsibilities
• Engage with potential customers through calling to assess children’s math learning needs and find the right solution using the Cuemath bouquet of offerings.
• Understand and address the concerns and needs of parents considering Cuemath for their children.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to highlight how Cuemath stands out from competitors.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.
• Use data interpretation skills to analyze sales patterns and strategies for improvement.
• Show creativity and authenticity in handling objections and concerns from potential clients.
• Learn new skills to solve problems using smart solutions
• Plan and forecast sales goals
Requirements:
• two+ years of experience in Inside sales preferably B2C
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or another field
• Fluent in English with impeccable communication skills.
• A proven track record of stellar target achievements and consistent performance in sales roles.
• Demonstrates a high bar for performance with the ability to understand customer needs and sales defects sharply.
• Proficiency with technology including basic computer operations.
• Ability to meet goals, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude.
