Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Tutors via calls to understand their needs and provide the right Cuemath growth path.
- Address teachers' concerns and educate them about the Cuemath Hub Tutor Program.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to highlight Cuemath’s unique approach and how it benefits the tutors
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Analyze sales patterns and suggest improvements.
- Handle objections and queries creatively and authentically.
- Learn and adapt to new sales strategies for improved outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven sales aptitude — candidates may be asked to demonstrate this.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Week off on a rotational basis
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
