Who we're looking for: A sharp, empathetic, and articulate young professional who can guide US-based parents through the Cuemath admissions journey over phone and video calls. Think Apple Store Genius meets education advisor — you don't discount, you consult. You understand the parent's concerns about their child's math learning, map those to Cuemath's methodology and USPs, and make the fee feel like the obvious right investment.

Must-have qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM from a reputed Tier 2 B-school in India.
  • Upto 2 years of post-MBA work experience in inside sales, business development, consultative sales, B2C tele-sales, or relationship management — industry agnostic
  • Exceptional English communication — fluency, neutral accent, ability to build rapport with parents over the phone
  • Willingness to work US night shifts (~9 PM–6 AM IST) from the Gurgaon office
  • Currently based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon / Delhi NCR
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; ideally top-quartile performer in previous team
  • Consultative, needs-based selling style — not pushy or discount-driven

Nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Prior experience in handling B2C/D2C sales experience selling to parents or in K-12 education context.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, and comfort with high-ticket consultative sales requiring multi-touchpoint nurturing.
