Job description:

Cuemath offers structured 1:1 math tutoring for school-age children across the US. We're looking for a part-time Community Education Liaison — someone who is already active and trusted in Mandarin-language parent education communities and wants to help connect the right families with a program they'll genuinely believe in.This is not a marketing role. You won't be managing branded accounts or running campaigns. You'll participate in the communities you already belong to — as yourself — sharing honest information and helping parents make well-informed decisions.

What you'll do:

  • Engage in Mandarin-language parent education communities (WeChat groups, Wenxuecity, Huaren.us) — listen, share curriculum content, answer parent questions
  • Share what you're hearing — what parents are asking about, what resonates, what doesn't — so we can communicate more relevantly
  • Review Mandarin and Cantonese marketing materials before they go live — you are our authenticity check before anything reaches your community
  • Help families understand whether Cuemath is the right fit for their child

What we're looking for:

  • Mandarin fluent (native or near-native); Cantonese a plus
  • Already active in Mandarin-language parent communities — WeChat groups, Wenxuecity, Huaren.us, or Mandarin-language heritage school or church education networks
  • Understands how community trust and social validation shape education decisions in Mandarin-speaking parent communities — ideally from personal experience, not professional observation
  • Background in education: teacher, tutor, heritage school coordinator, or a parent who has navigated US math enrichment firsthand; experience at New Oriental USA or TAL/XRS is a strong plus
  • Community voice first — this role is not a fit for a professional marketing background

Commitment: 15–20 hours/week | $40–55/hr | Path to a full-time role as the program grows. Apply with a short note about your involvement in Mandarin-language parent communities.
